| Dr. Robert Brems, is board certified
by the American Academy of
Ophthalmology. He received his
medical degree from the University
of Utah College of Medicine in Salt
Lake City. He completed his
internship at St. John's Mercy
Medical Center in St. Louis,
Missouri, and his Ophthalmology
residency at the University of
Maryland in Baltimore. Special
interests include laser vision
correction (LASIK), cataracts,
glaucoma, diabetes, and cosmetic
eye surgery. Dr. Brems is also
past Chairman of Prevent Blindness
Arizona. He has published many
articles in professional journals
and given oral presentations and
courses with fellow doctors. He is
an inventor of surgical instruments.
Dr. Brems is busily involved with his church and his personal life revolves around his beautiful wife and children. |
Dr. Dana D. Bates, received her Doctorate in Optometry from Southern
California College of Optometry. She completed an internships at
Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix,AZ; Omaha Eye Institute in Omaha,
NE; Omni Eye Specialists in Denver, CO; and Optometric Center of
Fullerton in Fullerton, CA. Dr. Bates is a member of the Arizona
Optometric Association, Central Arizona Optometric Society, and American
Optometric Association. Her special interests include: Fitting a
wide range of contact lenses, from toric lenses for astigmatism correction
to bifocal contact lenses. Providing comprehensive eye care examinations
for all members of the family.
Dr. Bates is actively involved in the Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Central Arizona program. |
Dr. Cody D. Quarnberg, is a board certified optometrist
who received his doctoral degree from the Southern California College
of Optometry and completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham
Young University in Provo, Utah. He completed internships at the
Santa Fe Indian Health Hospital in Santa Fe, NM: the Eye Care Clinic
of Fullerton in Fullerton, CA; the John Moran Eye Center of the
University Medical Center and Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Salt
Lake City, UT; and the Eye Care Associates of Nevada in Las Vegas,
NV. Dr Quarnberg is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association
and the American Optometric Association. His special interest
include diagnosing and managing diseases of the eye and associated
systems, emergency eye care, pre and post operative care, contact
lenses, and comprehensive eye care exams for the entire family.
Dr Quarnberg enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, being outdoors, and being active in his church. |
